William Dylan Powell writes about all things Texas. He is the author of 13 books including the original Austin Then and Now® (2006) and Texas Then and Now® (2013). Along the way he has lived in Tyler, Abilene, Lubbock, the DFW area, Pleasanton, Corpus Christ (twice) and Victoria (twice). He currently resides on the west side of Houston with his wife, Stephanie; his dog, Bertie; and his cat, Minou, who frankly doesn’t seem that fond of him.
