Massage gently but firmly. Start at the bridge and sides of the nose, then slide fingers outwards under the cheekbones to the ears. Apply a dab under each nostril and rub in an outward motion to the sides of the face. Back chest and throat apply to tips of four fingers. Massage into skin gently but firmly in circular movements.
