It is a compact and easy to use pot still, allowing you to craft flavourful spirits wherever and whenever you want. It fits nicely on your kitchen countertop and stores easily in cabinetry or pantries. The Air Still is equipped with an efficient, built-in fan that blows air over the coils to cool and condense the vapour into liquid. No separate water source is required during distillation. Also suitable for distilled water and hydrosols.

This kit also contains the required equipment and ingredients to prepare and ferment a wash, collect distillate, dilute, filter, and flavour distilled spirit.
