Max Marino is the author and editor of numerous children’s books. His interests are wide ranging from sports to science. He lives in Minnesota. Román Diaz is an illustrator living and working in Mexico City. He studied graphic design, finding illustration the best way to express himself. Full of vibrant colors and intense light, his artwork seeks to evoke emotional responses from readers. His work in design and advertising has won awards including Best Mobile Game in VJMX 2019 for Ghost Attack. He has also worked for Nick Jr doing character designs for children’s shows.
