Author Biography

Jonathan Maberry is a New York Times bestselling author, five-time Bram Stoker Award winner, four-time Scribe Award winner, Inkpot Award winner, and comic book writer. His vampire apocalypse book series, V-Wars, became a Netflix original series. He writes horror, science fiction, epic fantasy, thrillers, and more. He is the president of the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers and the editor of Weird Tales magazine.

Ray Porter is an AudioFile Earphones Award-winning narrator and fifteen-year veteran of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He has appeared in numerous films and television shows, including Almost Famous, ER, and Frasier. Emily Woo Zeller is an Audie and Earphones Award-winning narrator, voice-over artist, actor, dancer, and choreographer. AudioFile magazine named her one of the Best Voices of 2013. Her voice-over career includes work in animated film and television in Southeast Asia. Kevin Kenerly, an Earphones Award-winning narrator, earned a BA at Olivet College. A longtime member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, he has acted in more than twenty seasons, playing dozens of roles. Tim Campbell, winner of AudioFile Earphones Awards, is a narrator and actor based in Los Angeles, California. He studied at the University of California and earned a BA in music and theater and a certification from the prestigious Great Books program at Pepperdine University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a classically trained singer and performs regularly with the Los Angeles Master Chorale and Los Angeles Opera Chorus, as well as on studio soundtracks for film and television. Hillary Huber is one of the most successful voice talents in Los Angeles. Recent books read for Blackstone Audio include Him, Her, Him Again, the End of Him by Patricia Marx, A Field of Darkness by Cornelia Read, and A Map of Glass by Jane Urquhart. Steve West, the winner of multiple Earphones Awards for narration, is an international actor who has starred on London’s prestigious West End stage, including productions of Mamma Mia! and Oh, What a Night! He is widely known for his television and film work in both the United States and the UK, and he has performed for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace. He hosts his own television show for the UK live from Los Angeles. Heather Firth was a certified drama geek in high school who went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in dramatic arts at the University of Lethbridge. After realizing she could combine her love of reading with her love of acting, she pursued a career in narration and was named Audiobook Obsession’s 2019 Best Debut Narrator. She currently resides in Lethbridge, Canada, where she was born and raised. Bradford Hastings is a voice talent and audiobook narrator. Josh Innerst is an accomplished classical stage actor and AudioFile Earphones Award-winning audiobook narrator. He continues to pursue his craft in film/TV and is currently based in the Midwest with his family. When he’s not onstage or on-set, he spends his days in the booth or out putzing in the garden. Andrew Gibson is an AudioFile Earphones Award-winning and Audie-nominated narrator who is a chemical engineer by day and storyteller by night. He is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and has performed roles ranging from YA coming-of-age tales to gruesome horror. He also tickles ears in the romance world under the pseudonym Blake Lockheart. He was brought into the audiobook world in late 2020 with a background of D&D and a lifetime of audiobook consumption, and looks forward to many more years of storytelling in all its myriad forms. A finalist in the 2020 Independent Audiobook Awards, Todd Menesses has recorded over seventy-five audiobooks to date, varying from fantasy, sci-fi, and horror to nonfiction and religion, all from his professional home studio. A twenty-five-year veteran voice actor, Todd continues his training with some of the best in the business, including Pat Fraley, Scott Brick, Johnny Heller, P. J. Ochlan, and Joel Froomkin. He has been praised for his believable character acting and accents. A native New Orleanian now transplanted in Kansas, when not watching his beloved New Orleans Saints (whom he used to work for in the broadcast booth) or collecting all things comic books as he has since age ten, he spends time with his family enjoying exploring the great outdoors. Jess Nahikian is a Midwest-born, British-trained actor and voiceover artist who has worked on sets, on stages, and in sound booths in Scotland, St. Petersburg, the United Kingdom, the United States, and everywhere else in between. She currently resides in New York City.
