How to Use
Mix at a ratio of 2:1 + 10% Thinners. Example, 10ml PART A + 5ml PART B (HARDENER) + 1.5ml THINNERS. Mix only what you need to use. Once Part B (Hardener) is added to Part A (High Solid Clear), the chemical reaction begins and will be unusable within 30–40 minutes.
PART B (HARDENER) HAS A SHELF LIFE OF 6 MONTHS AFTER OPENING.
Ensure the surface you are painting is smooth and dust free. Airbrush a light mist to act as a ‘tack’ layer and leave for approximately 5 minutes. Then apply in an even wet coat. If required, add another wet coat after another 5 minutes. Allow 24 hours to harden and cure.
To remove any dust particles etc afterwards, polish out using an appropriate grit sandpaper and reapply the Ultra Clear Coat over the area once again.
Drying times at ambient temp 20 – 22C : Dust Free – 30 minutes, Tack Free – 12 hours, Fully hardened – 24 hours. Can be polished and buffed after 24 hours minimum.
