9. IP55 water-resistance only applies to the earbuds, and charging case is not rated waterproof. OpenFit 2+ is resistant to sweat and water splashes, suitable for non-aquatic sports and activities. The sweat and waterproof capability is not permanent and may decrease over time due to wear and tear. DO NOT charge a wet OpenFit 2+, nor swim or shower with it.
