Det. Drake Castleberry is convinced that when finally catch serial killer Oliver Tate, all of his troubles will be over. But when people he knows and people on the street start to fall victim to the same paint that Oliver Tate drowns his victims in, and the trying to prove his own wife’s innocents and the case itself begin taunt him, recruited to help with the case of the pink panther killer (Oliver Tate) by the F.B.I, he is kept on a short leash as all the evidence pointed directly back towards him to be behind it all. When Det. Castleberry is forced to kill a man for the F.B.I he quickly realize that he was being set up to take a very big fall, but he refused to let his son’s killer walk free for another three years, he must clear his name while protecting his family and others from the evil, vengeful killer.
