Author Biography

Michael Chang is a town planner, Programme Manager for Planning and Health at the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities and Visiting Fellow at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Urban Environments.

Liz Green is a Consultant in Public Health / Programme Director for Health Impact Assessment, Public Health Wales and a Visiting Professor at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Urban Environments.

Carl Petrokofsky is a Public Health Specialist. He developed the Healthy Places programme at Public Health England. He is Visiting Professor at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Urban Environments.
