This striking handbook provided by The International Celebration Cake Galleria (a division of Beverley Way Designs Incorporated USA) presents simple step-by-step instructions, illustrations and actual sized templates to create runout icing Cake Collar 007 designed by featured icing artist Beverley Way. The booklet includes easy-to-follow templates to create one complete cake top collar and one complete matching cake base collar for a standard round 10” cake.
The cake top collar and cake base collar are identical in decor design and outer dimensions. This cake top collar sits securely on cake surface, with lacelike decor extending freely outward approximately 2.5” from cake edge. The cake base collar sits flat on displayboard, with identically positioned lacelike decor extending outward from cake side also approximately 2.5”. The cake collar base interior diameter is sized to fit a 10” cake.
This cake top collar design is also suitable for use on a 16” cake top if the intent is to lay the entire collar flat onto the cake top with no decorative portions extending freely past cake edges and the decorator does not intend to utilize a cake collar base.
This particular design is suitable for wedding cakes, bridal shower cakes, baptism cakes and more.
