Pollinator Bee

Pollinator Bee flies into Grandpoppa’s garden and visits flowers of different colours. She flies away to make honey and, in her absence, the flowers miraculously turn into different coloured vegetables and fruit. Detailed colourful illustrations will stimulate your children’s interest in bees, plants and vegetable growing. They will experience the cycles of nature, how fruit and vegetables are formed and the importance of bees to all of us.

Author Biography

Sue Hall is a freelance editor and proofreader who writes books in her spare time — and tends her vegetable garden, family and friends in the rest of it. She has previously written non-fiction books, most recently Queenstown – Stories Behind the Scenery (Hachette, 2009) and Rotorua – Stories Behind the Scenery (Hachette, 2009). Her new-found passion, however, is in writing and illustrating children’s books, each inspired by her love of plants, vegetable gardening and our beautiful planet.
