Hold it, and he’ll get happy and sing to you; lay him down and he’ll sleep soundly and sometimes talk in his sleep! He’ll have a different reaction to being stroked on his head, cheeks, or tummy; hug him tightly and he’ll react especially! Lay him down for a nap, and stroke him while he’s asleep to hear him mutter or hum in his sleep. There are more than 40 different types of reactions to enjoy! If Pikachu doesn’t respond, try holding him a little longer or tapping him repeatedly. If he doesn’t respond for 10 minutes, he’ll go into sleep mode; you can turn him on again for more play.
