1. When can I expect to receive PLAUD NotePin? Your order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
2. Do I need a phone to be able to use NotePin? Audio recording can be done with just the NotePin device, but Transcription, Summarization, and other AI features require the PLAUD App or PLAUD Web (app.plaud.ai).
3. Do I need a separate account to use PLAUD NotePin if I already have a PLAUD NOTE? No, you don’t need to create a new account. Your existing PLAUD account can be used to bind both PLAUD NotePin and PLAUD NOTE.
4. Note for users with pacemakers For users with pacemakers – Please avoid wearing NotePin on your chest area (including with lanyard, magnetic pin, or clip) due to its magnetism.
Technical Specifications
