Sylvia Henderson helps people show that they are as great as they say they are. She is the Founder and CEO of Springboard Training. She weaves her avocation as a motorcyclist into analogies and metaphors that tie into messages targeting your needs. Sylvia’s real-world experiences include 30+ years as a corporate trainer, team leader and manager practicing the leadership, communication and motivational skills she presents in her programs. She serves several Boards of Directors and is Past-President of both a national non-profit association and a professional association local chapter.
