Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is widely recognized as a powerful set of approaches and techniques that should enable users to maximize their potential. Author Biography

Carol Harris has been an independent management consultant and trainer for the past fifteen years. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP, was Chair of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP) for four years and used to edit the ANLP’s magazine Rapport. She has recently launched her own management consulting magazine Effective Consulting.
