Nephilim

Professor Lloyd Sandford, popular television celebrity, Archaeologist and Historian, decides to finance his own archaeological dig outside of the safety and financial support of the New Hampshire University – ancient history and archaeology department.

This somewhat rash decision to go hunting for ancient cities in Northern Mexico does not have the support of faculty head Conrad Jameson.

Regardless, under certain terms and conditions an advance party is sent out to a location in Northern Mexico. A week passes and no communication from the advance team is forthcoming.

Out of duty and personal responsibility, Professor Sandford decides to hire a Chinook helicopter and pilot from Baxter Aviation. Inside the ‘chopper’ is the Professor’s prize ‘Hummer’ off-road vehicle, ideal for the environment they expect to greet them.

Meanwhile, Rosa-Lee Da Silva, a young vivacious officer of the newly formed Mexican Ministry of Antiquities and Artifacts, prepares herself to visit the questionable Lloyd Sandford dig-site. She is a straight to the point and uncompromising woman, who is the direct opposite of the New Hampshire Professor. Initially the pair lock-horns, but over period of time animosity turns into love in the face of severe adversity.

The seasoned Professor Lloyd Sandford has his reasons for opening up the dig-site. Mainly to prove others wrong concerning his scientifically based motive for exploring what lies below. Is the New Hampshire Professor correct in his assumptions and what are his ultimate aims and intentions?

An unexpected and unpredicted earthquake hits the Gulf of California and literally turns the landscape of North Mexico upside down, whilst exposing some very unexpected results.
