The second version of the Highline keeps the original plan shape and rocker intact, while introducing a significantly refined bottom contour. It starts with a subtle Vee at the nose and transitions into a pronounced double concave, with extra Vee between the fins for enhanced performance.
Originally designed as a transition board for surfers moving from a high-volume softboard to a smaller board, the Modern Highline has evolved into much more. This updated design increases your wave count, which in turn boosts confidence, while the new bottom contour makes turning the board smoother and easier.
Our goal with this update was to enhance the original design, helping surfers progress more quickly and enjoy their time on the water to the fullest.
Construction: Polyester (PU)
Polyester or PU construction uses traditional materials and laminating techniques to create a durable, high-quality surfboard. Each board is CNC milled from the shaper’s files and hand-laminated with premium components, including Hexcel fiberglass, Silmar resin, and Bennett foam. Polyester boards have long been a staple in performance surfing, offering reliable flex and feel underfoot, while excelling in a wide range of surf conditions.
We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Mighty Ape will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one-year period from the date of purchase.
Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
