Now offered in our Epoxy Soft construction, the Modern Highline is designed to give beginner-to-intermediate surfers the maximum support they need to progress and have fun.

To improve as a surfer and build confidence, it’s all about catching as many waves as possible. While there are no shortcuts to improvement, we believe this board can help reduce the learning curve. It’s highly buoyant (making paddling a breeze), stable (easy for pop-ups), and easy to maneuver (smooth turns and precise wave control).

Our goal with this design is to revolutionize the initial stages of surfing, helping surfers build their skills faster, grow their confidence, and enjoy riding waves to the fullest.

• OUTLINE: The key to the Highline’s sta­bility lies in its outline. We took the central section of a longboard, tapered the nose to a semi-point, and added a curved square tail. By shortening the board length, we made turning side-to-side much easier.
• ROCKER: With a low, fish-inspired rocker, this board paddles swiftly and maintains speed once you’re riding. A flatter rocker means more flow and requires less effort to get up and moving.
• CONTOURS: The forward concave channels water efficiently, aiding paddling and take-off. The back half features a raised vee with double concave, which helps reduce width and smoothens rail-to-rail transitions during turns.
• FOIL: The board has ample volume along its length, with just enough taper in the nose to avoid feeling bulky. The full but soft rails provide forgiveness and ease when linking turns.
• PERFORMANCE: With its extra width and volume, this board can be ridden shorter, making it perfect for beginners and intermediates focusing on their turns. More advanced surfers can use the Highline for a relaxed, cruising ride. It boasts a large sweet spot, offering a smooth, flowing ride, particularly in smaller, mellow beach and point waves.

Construction: Epoxy Soft (ES)
The Epoxy Soft construction is a game changer in the soft surfboard world. This multi-layer design combines a PE deck skin, a thin wood veneer layer, an epoxy resin and fiberglass-wrapped EPS core with a plywood stringer, and a High-Density PE skin on the bottom. The result is a board that delivers great performance with the playful feel of a softboard.
