Modern Nordic celebrates contemporary Scandinavian cuisine with a focus on local recipes that can easily be recreated at home. Simon Bajada is an award-winning photographer and cookbook author. Simon has authored four cookbooks on Nordic, Baltic and Maltese cuisines with Hardie Grant Publishing. An Australian living in Stockholm Sweden, Simon contributes editorial stories to food and travel magazines around the world.
