He has served as a Member of the United SatesDepartment of State Advisory Committee on Information andCommunications Policy during both the Bush and Obamaadministrations. Cochetti is the author of The MobileSatellite Communications Handbook; John Wiley &Sons/Quantum; 1998 and of numerous published white papers andmonographs on technology matters. He earned aBachelor s degree from GeorgetownUniversity, a Master sfrom JohnsHopkinsUniversity and has been listed among Who’s Who inAmerica for over a decade.
