Author Biography

Soula Berdoussis-Neofotistos is a Travel Coordinator, Children’s Entertainer, and a Certified EFT- MNLP Life Coach Practitioner, who thrives on mindful effective communication with oneself and harnessing her creativity. After using colouring to manage her bout with anxiety, Soula found the benefits to her emotional well-being to be incredibly immense. She then created the MINDSSAGE Colouring Book Series to help others foster their own self-esteem and mindfulness through the uplifting and positive words found in her books. Her mission is to teach people how to improve their lives, and build confidence by positively adjusting the words, phrases and affirmations that they think and say to themselves. Soula resides in Toronto, Canada with her husband and 2 adult children.
