John A. Rice is a lifelong artist based in Queens, NY, who specializes in oil pastels. His work has sold in more than 35 countries worldwide. A skilled tarot reader, he is the creator of the internationally popular Mindscapes Tarot deck, which he funded on Kickstarter in 2022.
