"I have just purchased my second pro flight radio panel yesterday from Mighty ape why two well I would have three if I could afford them. If you want to get into flying with radio then or navigation get this!! I will set my new setup as follows Radio First unit top display Nav 1 First unit bottom display ADF second unit top display SQK second unit Bottom display If you use the keyboard to enter radio responses then the radio calnnel is automatickly selectef or you manually enter your tadio channel in the right box then press the middlr button and the left display is now your correct channel. In navigation mode you just set the transponder code on the rught display hit the center button and your nav is set (really good for flying down the glideslope to an active runway) finally I have the SQWk set as my bottom display and when you asknowledge your sqwwk ID from the tower your SQWK id is displayed. If you really like flying IFR then you will love this. Just Get it "
"With this hardware I can select Nav/Com frequencies and transponder codes very quickly when flying online without having to open the radio stack of the Aircraft I'am flying at the time,and using programes like VATspy & Servinfo I can pre-select ATC frequencies in advance prior to contacting them…..very helpful contacting departure ATC just after take-off when the workload is the highest….just hit the transfer button….from the tower frequency to departure in a split second…..for FS2004 you need to go to programes and select the FS2004 plugin once flightsim opens..as I think its setup for FSX best hardware addon I have ever purchased."
