"I'm usually a huge fan of Logitech gear, but I can't recommend the G703 due to a persistent issue with the scroll wheels on the G Series mice. For the record, I'm not a competitive gamer or anything, and I don't habitually thrash my mice half to death. The internal scroll wheel assembly on the G703 features a thin plastic rod connecting the wheel to the encoder, and this rod is prone to randomly snapping. When it snaps, it leaves you with a free-spinning scroll wheel that will no longer scroll. I dismantled the unit and the rod had sheared clean off. A Google search will turn up multiple instances of this happening, and there are videos on YouTube detailing the same. It was a fantastic mouse while it lasted, but it only lasted 18 months before it broke. I'd go with a SteelSeries Rival 650 or something similar instead."
