Author Biography

The Little India chain spans New Zealand, with seventeen popular restaurants from Auckland to Invercargill. What sets Little India’s cooking apart is the family-based recipes handed down by the original owner’s mother Premjit Kaur Gill. Little India chefs are still trained in her kitchen in Chandigarh, in North India, so traditional cooking techniques and values imbue every dish.
