Author Biography

Amitabha Sengupta currently teaches Leadership, Organization Behaviour, Negotiations and Human Resources Management. He holds a master’s degree from Calcutta university and a Post Graduate Honours Diploma from XLRI. His publications include ‘Human Resources Management: concepts, practices and new paradigms’, Cengage, and a two-part case study – ‘Infinity Insurance: creating a new organization’, Ivy Publications.

Professor Sengupta, prior to taking up teaching has had a successful corporate career in reputed PSUs and MNCs for about 35 years. He is also a Management Consultant, Leadership Assessor and an Executive Coach.
