In this new Shakes the Cow picture book adventure from Deans Family Productions/Crass Fed Kids, Shakes and Percie are taking a vacation in Canada! They are in Moontreal, Cownada visiting their family’s ancestral homes, tourist sites, and Shakes’ cousin Coco. When Coco tells Shakes and Percie her bakery staff is out sick, they step up and help out. When they get started things are running smoothly, bt not for long! Author Biography

After a lifetime of doodling, J. Robert Deans started cartooning a few years ago with his CRASS FED web comic while managing a comic shop. After being laid off and figuring out what to do next, the inspiration for his SHAKES THE COW children’s book character struck. Since then he has released several Shakes adventures, starting with MOO THOUSAND AND PUN. Deans also writes and draws graphic novels for young readers featuring Stanley, the koala spy, in THE BEAR FROM A.U.N.T. series. He also collaborates with his wife and Kidlet on books, toys, and comics for their Deans Family Productions. After a lifetime of doodling, J.
