The V1 Max is a fully customizable mechanical keyboard, offering both 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. Its compact 75% layout, gasket mount design, sound absorbing foam, double-shot PBT keycaps, and more take your typing experience to a new level, delivering heightened levels of comfort and productivity.

All-around customizable keyboard: To build a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component to be easily assembled so you can customize and adjust any or every parts the way you want.

Program with QMK & VIA: With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap each key on the keyboard. The open-source firmware means endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, even the knob, and more.

• Get the V1 Max keymap working on VIA: Since the VIA code for the V1 Max is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized. Please download the appropriate keymap JSON file below, open VIA, turn on “Show Design tab” on “Settings” tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the V1 Max keymap working on VIA.

An Epic Core Inside The Keyboard: A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box, which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive games.

Gateron Jupiter Switch: Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch (for the Fully Assembled version only) comes with a 3-pin design, its pre-lubed with a reliable Gateron quality standard with up to 80 million keystrokes lifespan. While their unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and softer backlight effect.

OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps: These double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and has an SA-like shape. We named it the OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the type feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.

Screw-In PCB Stabilizers: Even small part matters for your fingertip feel. We’ve integrated the PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers for a smoother typing experience with less wobbliness on the big keys such as space bar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron V1 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
