He previously co-founded one of the market-leading health and nutrition online platforms, and has also been on his own weight loss journey, initially losing 10 stone in 2012, before a super inflexible and unsustainable diet made him regain it all 18 months later. The #ItsFine plan helped him re-establish a healthy and sustainable approach to food and diet.
