Hard2daKore Synopsis!!Korey Manning Jackson a.k.a. “Da Mann” is a young aspiring rapper who dreams of one day making it big in the music industry. His ordinary life as a hard working mechanic begins to change when he is let go by his job and Sinnimin, the love of his life for many years walks out on him.Heartbroken and discouraged, Korey is then persuaded by his friend Mike to become a Ghostrydr; a lucrative criminal network conglomerate where he is exposed to the ills and dangers of the street life. Rap battles, popping champagne and VIP mixing with celebrities serves as an intermission from the drama of making money, murder, mischief and mayhem that intertwines Korey’s world in this provacatively charged story of how the harsh reality of dealing with the dangers of the street life world will ultimately bring out the good, the bad and the deadly to see if Korey really is Hard2daKore.

Author Biography

Michael Middleton Upon graduating high school, he hit the work force earning minimum wages. Mike was reared in Curries Woods housing projects I Jersey City New Jersey, and soon became a product of his environment. Mike has always had a passion for writing. Whether if it was rap music, random thoughts, or stories of things he’d seen or lived. In 1994 he debuted on the Double X Posse’s Ruff, Rugged, and Raw album. That gave him insight into the music industry. Some of music he has written has been incorporated in this book. In 2003 he reacquainted himself with a high school friend K. Williams, who collaborated with him to create Hard2DaKore into a book. In 2016 Mike Middleton co published his first book “One Man Out Of Many, The O. Nitty Story with Omar Joseph for Ground Up Publications. He is also currently nearing the completion of Hard2DaKore2 “Da Ghostrydrz”, spin-off to Introduction To Hard2DaKore and “I Didn’t ask to Be Born…But Now That I’m Here” for Family One Publications this year. K. Williams K. Williams is an Equity Professional for over eleven years in the Stock Transfer Industry. Primarily born and raised in Jersey City, she is a single parent raising four sons. Her eight years of experience as a residential aide in several homeless and battered women’s shelters throughout the city introduced her to people from all walks of life. Those experiences taught her that everyone had a story to tell and that there was a cause and effect behind every action. People of all walks of life enjoyed talking to her and she has always been an avid reader. She had often dreamed of writing books, but never had the inspiration to pursue her dreams until collaborating with Michael Middleton on Hard2DaKore.
