Author Biography
HIDEAKI TAMURA is the Assistant to the Director of one of Japan’s foremost banking groups, UFJ. He has also participated in policy discussions on business factoring and the application of asset finance to small businesses in an advisory role as organized by the Japanese Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
