DAVID WILLIAMSON SHAFFER is a curriculum developer, teacher-trainer, and game designer. He is an associate professor of learning science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and a game scientist at the Academic Advanced Distributed Learning Co Laboratory.
