Author Biography
Patrick Ijima-Washburn is a writer/illustrator based in Kumamoto, Japan and a lover of all types of visual and aural media from old time radio to the latest 3D blockbuster. He loves writing fantasy, humor, horror, science-fiction, and especially loves throwing them all together. He’s been creating bilingual (English-Japanese) fanzines since 2000 and he published his first book, “Punchkinhead, the Never-Give-Up-Boy” – a charity art book, in 2010. Tomoko Hirabayashi is the artist on Hexenringe and is a professional illustrator working for some of the biggest names in publishing in Japan. Her dynamic, fun, and beautiful artwork makes an instant and lasting impression.
