HER Serenity

HER Serenity is a guided journal created specifically for women who have endured the heartbreak of a painful divorce or separation from a narcissistic and psychologically abusive relationship. Leaving such a relationship is extremely challenging and this journal serves as a supportive companion for women’s mental health, well-being and HER healing journey.

While domestic abuse awareness is widespread, HER Serenity focuses on the often-overlooked aspects of narcissistic and psychological abuse. The journal aims to support, educate and empower women who have left these harmful and toxic relationships.

Author Biography

Anita is a certified Trauma Informed Coach specialising in Narcissistic Abuse. She holds a BSc in Psychology and Education and is an advocate of both women and children’s mental health and wellbeing. Anita is also a qualified career coach and has experience of working closely with women who have been impacted by abusive relationships. Anita has supported victims with their career aspirations. HER Serenity is Anita’s first published book.
