Author Biography
MICHAEL F. WAXMAN, Ph.D., is Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Professional Development at the College of Engineering, University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since 1986, he has been responsible for developing and presenting more than 150 seminars. He is the author of A Guidebook for the Safe Use of Hazardous Agricultural Farm Chemicals and Pesticides and numerous other publications.
