"No complaints on service and ease of assembly but as I had the desk top face down in the packaging while assembling, I didn't realise it had a chip in one corner exposing the particle board underneath. Looks like it happened during manufacturing as could not find the chipped off piece in the box. 1 less star for that and another less star for courier having "authority to leave". Why have a signature required option you pay for when that happens?"
