HARRY CASTLEMAN, a practicing lawyer, is Senior Business Counsel at Gaffin & Krattenmaker, P.C., in Boston. A graduate of Boston University Law School, he is the coauthor of eight books. CHRISTOPHER NIEWOEHNER is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
