Get It Yet?

In the mid-1990s, Get It Yet? started as a poster of eight guidelines for living a good life that the author posted on the wall of his home library. Those eight guidelines came together as a result of his reading the early great philosophers, the holy writings of the major religions, and a comparative study of fifteen versions of the Bible. The guidelines are: “What you sow … is what you will reap.”

“Do unto others … as you would have others do unto you.” “As you judge … you will be judged.” “As you forgive … you will be forgiven.” “As you accuse … you will be accused.” “As you condemn … you will be condemned.” “What goes around … comes around.” “Every action … has an opposite and equal reaction.” After compiling the guidelines, he began observing how people interacted with each other, positively or not; he began viewing the guidelines as “rules” for “the game of life.” This book can positively impact your life and help to guide your interactions with people.
