From Grief To Greatness

Grief and Loss is a term that has been used throughout our nation over the past several years as we have experienced tremendous losses due to community violence, racism/oppression, as well as the recent COVID-19 Global Pandemic. As a result, many have been impacted personally, professionally, socially, and emotionally as they cope to identify a sense of normalcy in their world particularly as they work to find healing in their daily lives without their loved ones. This pain is real, and this pain causes many to battle with their mental health, lose connectivity with others, as well as seek to find a path to their spiritual development. As a survivor of childhood and adult grief and loss in this book, I will discuss healthy ways to manage emotions and find a space of healing after experiencing grief and loss during your journey. The journey to healing will allow you to share in my personal story, but also help readers to navigate their own personal journey to healing. The stages of grief can reveal so many powerful truths to us if we will look again and allow ourselves to see the sovereignty of God in one of the most challenging parts of our journey.
