Author Biography

Mbulaheni Obert Maguvhe is a Professor in the Department of Inclusive Education at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He holds the UNESCO/UNISA Chair of Inclusive Education in Higher Education and is a special educationist specializing in inclusive education.
