Flying Monkeys

Lori loved her job. She was a dedicated and committed employee who always did her best. But sometimes one’s very best sets one up to be the target of a workplace bully. Lori endured extraordinary abuse from the bully’s flying monkeys, but she was not going down without a fight. And fight she did. Integrity was a valued concept for Lori, sadly not shared by many on her path to truth.

Unbelievably, in the middle of everything crashing down around her, Lori’s beautiful son mysteriously goes missing. Years of searching and suffering take their toll, but Lori survives to tell her truth with brutal honesty.

Author Biography

Lori is an ordinary woman who has endured extraordinary events, including the loss of a child – experiences so traumatising she could barely speak of them. Her biggest achievement is surviving, especially in the face of those who tried to suppress her. Lori’s goal in writing is to validate victims by way of exposing the injustices ordinary people suffer. She reflects upon her authentic truth with brutal honesty and feels she has become wiser through the process.
