Timothy Zapawa is a Project Director at AdvantageComputing Systems in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he manages implementation projects of enterprise software systems for book and magazine publishers around the world. He holds several professional and technical certifications and has developed training courses on delivering business intelligence, building report solutions, and developing SQL queries and programs in SQL and Oracle databases.
