KEITH GLANCEY is Lecturer in Economics at Napier University, Edinburgh. He has published papers in International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Quarterly Economic Commentary and The Scottish Banker. – RONALD MCQUAID is Senior Lecturer in Economics at Napier University, Edinburgh.
