Enemy Souls

Answering a friend’s call for help, Jorry and Seach Barlow make their way into Consulate Space, but nothing can prepare them for what’s hidden in Saturn’s rings. With their escape botched and their ship broken, they dock at a secret station on Daphnis for repairs, but time is not on their side. Deserters from the Consulate army, Jorry and Seach are already wanted felons, and to make matters worse it seems the Consulate abandoned Daphnis Station for a reason. Dodging family drama, Consulate soldiers, and a crazed creature known as a remnant, Jorry and Seach must come to terms with the past before Daphnis becomes their final resting place.

Author Biography

A.J. Maguire is a consumer of stories. From reading to binge-watching shows, to select video games, she enjoys stories in all shapes and sizes, and believes that being a writer is the single greatest gift of her life – apart from her son. A veteran of the Army, she has a soft spot for military drama that highlights the bravery of soldiers in the field, which can be seen in her fiction. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with her BA in Christian Ministries and resides in Massachusetts with her husband and son.
