Dr Jianfeng Yu is Director of Technical Development at the Jiangsu Inspection and Quarantine Mechanical and Electrical Products Testing Centre. He also was Director Technologist of the Research and Development Department at the Wuxi Diesel Engine Works, FAW Jiefang Automotive Company, Ltd. Yu is also a member of Science and Technical Committee of Wuxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Dr. Ting Zhang is General Director of Wuxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Dr. Jianming Qian is Director of Jiangsu Inspection & Quarantine Mechanical and Electrical Products Testing Centre.
