Baking: Use Eat Me Egg White Protein to reduce fat and cholesterol in dishes like quiche, omelettes, cakes and muffins. For each egg wite in the recipe mix 2 level teaspoons of powder with 2 tablespoons of water and sit for 30 seconds, then mix again to fully dissolve. For foamy, soft or hard peaks use a stick mixer or egg beater.

Contains egg. If you have egg allergies, you should not take any protein powder containing egg protein.
