Author Biography

Brian Buccellato is a #1 New York Times best-selling author and screenwriter, renowned for his work on The Flash, Batman, and Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong for DC Comics. Raised in Queens by a single Puerto Rican mother, he began his career as a colorist for Marvel and DC before transitioning into writing—an unconventional path that shaped his unique approach to storytelling. His creator-owned works (Midlife:Or How To Hero at Fifty!, Chicken Devil, NO/ONE) have been praised by fans and critics alike for their ability to blend dark themes with emotional authenticity, often drawing from his experiences as a father of three.
