Carleton Bulkin is a translator and linguist who holds a mas-ter’s degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from Indiana University. Having lived in Prague, Havana, Moscow, Bu-dapest, and Kabul, he currently works and resides in theWash-ington, D.C. area.
