Author Biography

Ali Baghchehsara is a distinguished entrepreneur, aerospace engineer, and investor renowned for pioneering solutions in aerospace, AI, and cognitive systems. His contributions have earned him the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Achievement Award (2014), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ Outstanding Service Award (2015). In 2013, he co-authored Electric Space: Space-based Solar Power Technologies & Applications with Danny Royce Jones Sr., published in North Charleston, SC, introducing innovative concepts for satellite-based solar energy. At Airbus, he pioneered the first Autonomous System for Distress Tracking (ADT) for commercial aircraft, setting a benchmark in autonomous aviation. With a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Management, Ali has authored 12 books, including the Amazon best-seller Fundamentals of Aerospace Engineering: (Beginner’s Guide), which demystifies aerospace for diverse readers, and Physical Mechanism of Love, exploring human relationships through physics. He founded LISA Group, delivering predictive maintenance solutions, which he sold in 2021. Currently, he leads a stealth startup advancing AI and aerospace innovations. As founder of Plasmos, he develops dual-mode propulsion systems for space vehicles, leveraging electric and chemical technologies.
