Watt BSc (Hons), Dip Arch Cons (Leic), PhD, MSc, FRICS, IHBC is Associate Director (Eastern) of Hutton + Rostron Environmental Investigations Ltd, one of the UK’s leading specialist building surveying companies. David is a chartered building surveyor and historic buildings consultant, with a degree in building surveying, a postgraduate diploma in architectural conservation, a postgraduate degree in conservation science, and a doctorate in aspects of architectural recording.
